By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:
Deposits may be required. Hair extension services require a 50% non-refundable deposit, applied toward the total cost.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 100% charge.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after late cancellation or no-show. Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment.
Hair extensions are custom ordered and final sale (non-refundable and non-exchangeable).
Salon Monteflora is cashless. Full payment is due at completion of services. Cards on file may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. Prices may vary and are subject to change.
Concerns must be reported within 48 hours. Adjustments may be offered at the salon’s discretion. No refunds are issued for services rendered.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
