We price our work fairly from the start, so there's nothing extra to worry about.
Forget about tipping.
We schedule based on the time needed to achieve your hair goals, so your stylist can focus entirely on you without double-booking or rushing to the next client.
One-on-one attention for your appointment.
You pay for the time you book at your stylist's individual hourly rate, which reflects their experience and expertise. Just show us what you want, and we’ll get you there.
Time-based pricing.
That's why I built Salon MonteFlora. A creative sanctuary in Flagstaff where hair artists don't have to choose between stability and freedom, and where clients feel safe enough to bring their whole selves. It's the Arizona mountains I now call home and the flowers that remind me of my California roots. Strong and soft, all at once.

Here's what I learned: the more you heal, the harder it becomes to show up in spaces that asks you to shrink.
I know that feeling. I spent nearly two decades as a hair stylist, building someone else’s brand and pouring everything into polished, minimalist spaces that looked beautiful, but didn't feel like me. Then life happened, and I had a choice: stay in place, or evolve.
I chose evolution. I started tending to my inner child. I realized I'd been living with undiagnosed ADHD my whole life (a game-changer that liberated me in so many ways). I became the first woman in my lineage living entirely for herself.
